Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Ensure your garments are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached, then place them securely in the original packaging.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our boutique team inspects your return, your refund or credit note will be processed within 5-7 business days.
